1 lb. Ground beef or turkey Browned and drained
2 cans Campbell's pork and beans (do not drain)
2 cans butter beans
2 cans dark red kidney beans
1 can sliced green beans
1 medium onion diced
1 medium green pepper diced
1 8oz. Can tomato sauce
1/2 - 1 cup brown sugar (depending on taste)
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tbsp. Vinegar
2 tbsp. Mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 package bacon (or more depending on taste)
Salt
Pepper

-Cook bacon until crispy and break into pieces to top beans.
- Sautee together the onions, green peppers and ground beef or turkey
- drain and rinse all beans (except pork and beans)
- combine all ingredients in a casserole dish and top with the cooked bacon.
Bake at 350º uncovered for 1 hour.


For a crowd I double the recipe . I also sometimes add other beans such as white cannellini beans
Pink kidney beans , or black beans.
