Ingredients:  
1 egg
salt
bread crumbs
garlic
butter
fish fillets

Sauce:
teriyaki sauce
melted butter
lemon juice
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Dip fillets in egg yolk with salt. Roll in bread crumbs. Place in well-greased pan.
Pour melted garlic butter over fillets. Bake in oven at 500 for 10-12 minutes.

Make sauce: Equal parts teriyaki sauce, melted butter, and lemon juice. Add salt and pepper to taste.
