Bread, your choice
Smoke alarm

Directions:
Directions:
Place rolls or sliced loaf bread in oven at 350 degrees. Bake until you smell something burning or smoke alarm goes off and then bread is done. Wave kitchen towel in front of smoke alarm to turn off. Or don't and wait for the firemen...maybe that was mom's plan all along :) Enjoy Brenda’s famous burnt bread with butter for breakfast, dinner, or any special occasion! Or throw to the dogs and try again.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
It was an ongoing joke at our house, mom's bread. She would be put in charge of the bread for the meal but without a fail she would always end up burning it and having to try again!

"The only reason we have a smoke alarm is to let mom know when the bread is done."
-Dad
