2 lbs extra sharp Cheddar Cheese (block)
1.5 lb Cream cheese
¾ Blue cheese (block)
freshly crushed garlic to taste
2 bundles fresh parsley
2-3 cps. Chopped Walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Grate Cheddar and Blue cheese. Mix with cream cheese. In a seperate bowl combine chopped walnuts and parsley. Roll cheese mixture together and then roll into the parsley/walnut mix, Leave as a ball or flatten to a patty. Wrap with saran wrap.
