1/2 c. Mazola oil
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3 very ripe bananas (mashed)
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream mazola oil, sugar and eggs, beating well. Fold in mashed bananas; add dry ingredients which have been sifted together. Bake in a loaf pan 1 hour at 350.
