3 oz Phil. cream cheese (room temp.)
3 scant cups pwd. sugar

Mix thoroughly, finally kneading until like pie dough. Flavor and color as desired.
Roll a ball size of walnut, dip in sugar and press into mold. Unmold at once on wax paper which is sprinkled with sugar.
Makes 40 to 50 roses

For 8 oz cream cheese use 2 lbs, less 1 c powdered sugar. - about 225 roses
