2 cubes butter
2 cups flour
1/2 cup powdered sugar

4 eggs (slightly beaten)
2 cups sugar
4-1/2 T. lemon juice
2 T. flour
1 T. baking powder
Grated lemon peel if desire

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the butter 2 cups flour and 1/2 cup powdered sugar. Blend as for a crust and pat into a 9 x 13 pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 350º.

Beat the eggs slightly, then add next 5 ingredients and mix together. Pour over the baked crust and bake an additional 20-25 minutes at 350º. Cool and then sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut into squares and serve.
