1 cup butter softened
1 package yellow cake mix
2 egg yolks (or 1 egg)
1 cup sour cream
½ cup flaked coconut
½ cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1-20 ounce can sliced apples (pie mix-well drained)

½ gallon of vanilla ice cream

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º
Cut butter into dry cake mix until crumbly. Mix in coconut. Lightly place mixture into ungreased 9x13 pan. Building up slight edges. Bake 10 minutes.

Arrange apples on warm crust.

Mix sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle on apples. Blend sour cream and egg, drizzle over apples (this will not cover everything). Bake for 25 minutes until edges are light brown. Do not over bake.

Serve warm and top with vanilla ice cream.
