Ingredients:  
2 lb scallops
2 tsp dried, fine bread crumbs
Pinch of salt, pinch of garlic salt, butter, sherry, fresh lemon

Directions:
Directions:
1. Marinate scallops in sherry for 2 hrs. (slice large scallops horizontally through center)
2. Arrange scallops in an oven proof platter with a little melted butter.
3. Sprinkle bread crumbs, salt and garlic salt over scallops. Cover with a little melted butter.
4. Broil 7-10 minutes until golden brown.
5. Turn off broiler but let scallops heat through for 3 minutes longer.
6. Remove from oven and pour some of the sherry over the scallops before serving hot with fresh lemon.
