Ingredients:  
1 lb stew meat
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 package of dry onion soup
C water
pint of sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except sour cream in a large covered casserole.
2. Bake at 350 for 2 hours.
3. Add sour cream and bake 30 more minutes.
(Optional addition 4 oz mushrooms)
