1 package dry yeast
2 tablespoons lukewarm water
1 cup hot water
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 stick margarine (8 tablespoons)
1 egg beaten
3 1/2 to 4 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix yeast and lukewarm water and set aside
2. In large bowl, add hot water, sugar, salt, and margarine. Set aside until just warm
3. Add yeast and egg
4 Gradually add flour until workable consistency
5. Brush top with melted margarine and cover with cloth
6. Set in warm place until doubled (about 2 hours)
7. Roll out on floured board and kneed
8. Cut/roll into biscuits
9. Brush top with melted margarine and cover with cloth
10. Set in warm place and let rise for about 2 hours until doubled
11. Bake at 425 or 450 until golden brown
