1 lb sausage
3 slices of white bread cut in cubes
1 cup (4oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese)
6 eggs, well beaten
2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown sausage and drain well
2. Spread bread cubes in a 12x8x2-inch casserole dish
3. Top with sausage and cheese
4. Mix egg, milk, and seasonings and beat well.
5. Pour egg/milk mixture over dry ingredients
6. May keep in refrigerator overnight before baking
7. Bake 350º for 40-45 minutes
