Bottom round roast
Chopped onions
8 oz can tomato sauce with a little added water
Salt and pepper to taste
1 T vinegar

1. Brown meat on all sides.
2. Saute onions, add meat and cook on low heat, covered for 1 hour
3. Add celery, carrots, tomato sauce, water, vinegar, salt and pepper
4. Cook, covered in a dutch oven.
5. Thicken sauce and serve.
