2 C (cup) water
2 C white sugar
½ C dry instant coffee
3 T (tablespoons) vanilla
1½ C vodka

Directions:
Boil water and sugar. Turn off heat. Slowly add dry instant coffee and continuously stir.

Add vanilla, then combine the cooled sugar syrup, and coffee solution with vodka.

Cover tightly and shake vigorously each day for 3 weeks. Strain & filter.
