1 C soft bread crumbs
1 C milk
1½ lbs hamburger
1 tsp worchestershire sauce
1 egg
¼ tsp pepper
2 T instant minced onions or ⅓ C fresh, chopped onions

½ C ketchup
3 T brown sugar
1 T prepared mustard
Directions:
Directions:
1. Add bread crumbs to milk and let stand a few minutes.
2. MIx with beef, egg, pepper, worcestershire sauce and onion.
3. Shape into loaf and put in a loaf pan.
4. Combine ketchup, sugar and mustard. Pour over the meat.
5. Bake at 300º for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
