2 sticks of butter
1 chopped sweet onion
2 T. minced garlic
1 c. quartered grape tomato
1 c. flour
c. cream sherry
2 c. sweet white wine
4 c. heavy cream
2 qt. milk
2 c. crab meat
2 t. lemon juice
2 t. paprika
4 T. basil
2 T. garlic salt
1 T. cayenne pepper
1 t. habanero sauce
c. sazon- Carribean spice
10 finely chopped medium sized Portabella mushrooms

Directions:

Melt butter in a heavy bottom pot and saute onions, garlic, mushrooms and tomatoes for about 10 minutes (I like to add the garlic and tomatoes at about 8 minutes so they only saute for 2).

Stir in flour until all is incorporated. Slowly add, cream sherry, white wine, cream and milk. Stir continuously. Bring to slow boil.

Add crab, lemon juice, and paprika. Bring back to slow boil, simmer for about 30 minutes, add the basil, cayenne, salt and pepper.
