2 chicken bouillon cubes
2 cups water
1/2 cups diced onion
1 bag (10 oz) frozen California blend vegetables
1/2 cup diced celery
1 1/4 cups raw potatoes, peeled and diced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 soup can of milk
1/2 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Boil bouillon cubes, water, onion, and celery. Add potatoes and frozen vegetables. Bring to a second boil. Cook 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add soup, milk, and cheese. Heat and serve.
