1 bag of cabbage slaw
1 large onion, chopped
2 large carrots, peeled and chopped
zucchini, chopped
green beans, chopped
swiss chard,chopped
olive oil
garlic, one or two cloves
can of whole tomatoes, crushed
green herbs (I like fresh Italian herbs)
box of broth chicken or beef

Directions:
Directions:
Heat olive oil in a large dutch oven. Add all vegetables down to garlic and let simmer for awhile. Then add tomotoes, herbs, and broth. Let simmer for an hour. Flavour develops as it sits. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
