3# round tip roast, or sirloin tip
cracked peppercorns
2 cloves garlic (or Montreal steak spice)
3 tbs balsamic vinegar
1/4 c reduced sodium soy sauce
2 tbs Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp dry mustard

cornstarch and water

Directions:
Directions:
Rub roast with spice or garlic and pepper. Put roast in crock pot. Combine next 4 ingredients, pour over meat. Cover, cook on low 8-10 hours, high 4-5 hours

When done strain juice, thicken with cornstarch mixed with water (2 tsp each?)
