2 limes quartered
½ bunch mint leaves
1 cup fresh berries (strawberries should be quartered)
1 cup white sugar
1 cup white rum
2 cups club soda
Ice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Squeeze all the lime quarters into a sturdy glass pitcher.
2. Toss the juiced limes into the pitcher along with the mint, berries and 1 cup of sugar.
3. Using a muddler, crush the fruits together to release the juices from the limes and berries and the oil from the mint.
4. Stir in the rum and club soda until the sugar has dissolved.
5. Serve over ice
