Ingredients:  
1 lb Italian Sausage (removed from casings and browned)
2 large carrots, chopped
celery, chopped
minced garlic
2 tablespoons beef bouillion powder
4 cups beef broth
1/4 cup of cornstarch, mixed and dissolved in 1/4 cup water
3 - 12 oz cans of evaporated milk
1 - 12 oz package of cheese tortellini
5 cups fresh spinach
1 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Put sausage, onion, carrots, celery, garlic, Italian seasoning, beef boullion powder, salt and broth into the crock pot and cook 4 hours on high or 7 hours on low.

Skim off fat and stir in cornstarch mixture with evaporated milk. Add totellini and mix well. Cover and cook 45 minutes

Add spinach and cook 10 additional minutes.
