3 medium yellow squash
C. onion (chopped)
C. celery (chopped)
C. Bell pepper (chopped)
1 can mushroom soup
1 small can mushroom pieces
1 C. cooked chicken (or any other meat)
bag (medium) cheddar cheese
1 egg
3 T. butter
Cracker crumbs to cover

Directions:
Directions:
Boil yellow squash, onion, celery, and bell pepper until tender and slightly mash. In a large bowl combine squash mixture with one can cream of chicken soup, one can mushroom pieces, one cup cooked chicken (or any other meat). Stir in about half bag of cheddar cheese, one egg, and three tbsp. butter. Place in greased casserole dish cover with cracker crumbs and in the oven at 350 until bubbly and brown crumbs
