10 c tender yellow squash
2 tsp. celery seed
4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 red pepper , chopped
1 tsp. black pepper
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 tsp. turmeric
3 tsp. salt
2 c vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard
5 c sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together squash, onions, peppers and salt. Put in refrigerator overnight. Next morning, rinse with cold water and drain. Put in big pot bad add the remaining ingredients. Cook for 20 minutes over medium heat. Put in sterile jars and seal.
