Directions:
Directions:
Crust
1 cup fine chopped walnuts
1 cup flour
1 stick margarine
Mix and bake 350 20 minutes
Put in 2 pie pans or 1 13x9

Filling
2 blocks cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 cup cool whip
Mix and layer on crust

Topping
2 pkgs instant pudding
3 cups milk
Layer on top of filling
Top with rest of cool whip

May use graham cracker crusts
