1 angel food cake
1 (3-ounce) package strawberry gelatin
I (3-ounce) package orange gelatin
I (3-ounce) package lime gelatin
¾ gallon vanilla ice cream softened
I (I 0-ounce) package frozen strawberries, thawed
I can blueberries, drained
I can mandarin oranges, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Break cake into bite-size pieces and divide into three bowls. Pour one package of dry gelatin in each bowl; stir slightly. Place strawberry-cake mixture into a spring form tube pan; Pour thawed strawberries (including juice) over the cake. Top with 1/3 of the ice cream and spread evenly. Repeat with lime-cake mixture, the drained blueberries and one-third of the ice cream. Repeat with orange-cake mixture, the mandarin oranges and remaining 1/3 of the ice cream, spreading top layer of ice cream evenly over the top.
Freeze 6 hours or overnight. To serve, slice like a pound cake.
