6 large carrots
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Peel carrots and cut into 1/8 in. wide, 2 in. long sticks.
Put in large bowl.
Mix remaining ingredients in measuring cup and pour over carrot sticks.
Mix till all sticks are coated.
Place in a single layer on a greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 400 degrees for approximately 20 minutes or until carrots are cooked through and lightly browned.
