3 large yellow summer squash, sliced
1 onion, finely grated
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
2 tablespoons oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon honey
1/3 cup diced celery
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 tablespoon whole wheat flour
1/4 cup sunflower seed kernels

Directions:
Directions:
Boil all ingredients except flour and sunflower kernels in skillet. Cover and simmer about 15 minutes. Sprinkle flour over all and cook, stirring, till liquid thickens. Stir in sunflower kernels.
