2 T butter
1 T cornstarch
½ cup sugar
1 c milk
3 T Rum or Amaretto
Directions:
Directions:
In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. In a small bowl mix together the sugar and cornstarch, and stir into the butter. Pour in milk, stirring frequently cook until the mixture begins to boil. Continue cooking until thick, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, and stir in rum. Serve warm.
