Vegetable spray
3 T butter
5 c bread, cut into small cubes
2 c apple, peeled and cut into small cubes
1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
4 eggs
1 c water
1 c raisins
c brown sugar
tsp salt
c pecans, chopped (optional)
*Rum Sauce or Praline Sauce

Spray a 4-5 quart Crockpot with vegetable spray. Cut butter into pats and place around bottom of Crockpot on top of spray. In a large bowl mix remaining ingredients stirring until well mixed. Pour in a slow crock-pot and cook on low for 3 hours Serve warm with Rum Sauce or Praline Sauce.
