2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup milk
Topping:
½ stick butter (4 T)
3 Tablespoons dark brown sugar
2 Tablespoons cream
½ cup grated coconut
chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Butter and flour pan. Beat eggs and vanilla. Add sugar. Mix flour, baking powder and salt and add to mixture. Heat milk and 1 T butter. Stir into batter. Pour into 8" pan and bake for 25 minutes. Mix topping ingredients and pour on cake. Broil for 1-2 minutes.
