! Squash or Zucchini
Butter
Minced Garlic
Chopped Onions
Chopped Bell Peppers
Sliced Mushrooms (fresh)
Asiago Cheese
Mozzarella Cheese

Spice Mix:
Oregano
Parsley
Thyme
Basil
Marjoran
Ground Black Pepper
(Blend together)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut squash or zucchini in lengthwise halves.
2. Scoop out the seeds and create little boat shapes.
3. Spread some butter inside each half and sprinkle with garlic.
4. Add a little of the spice mixture to each piece.
5. Wrap each piece in aluminum foil
6. Place in a pan and bake at 375 degrees about 30 minutes until half cooked. Remove from oven.

7. Place enough butter in frying pan to sauté onions, peppers and mushrooms. Adding 1 tsp garlic and
1 tsp spice mixture. Cook until onions are translucent.

8. Unwrap squash/zucchini and fill with onion mixture, rewrap with the foil
9. Return to the oven baking an additional 30-40 minutes until easy to pierce and soft.
10. Unwrap each squash and cover with cheeses..
11. Return to oven heat until cheese is melted.

Can be cooked in deep baking dish and covered with foil or cooked on a grill.
