3 whole chicken breasts, halved
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 large onions, thinly sliced and rings separated
1 clove garlic, minced
1-1/2 T paprika
1 T flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 lb green beans, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 cup plain (not vanilla) yogurt
2 T corn starch

Prepare homemade chicken broth.

Brown chicken on both sides and drain.

Saute onion and garlic. Add paprika, flour, salt and pepper. Cook, stirring for 2 minutes.

Add 1-1/2 cups of chicken broth to skillet and bring to boil. Return chicken to skillet, lower heat; cover; simmer 20 minutes or until the chicken is almost tender.

Add green beans and cook until crisp and tender, about 10 minutes.

Arrange chicken and beans in a deep platter. Skim the fat from pan juices, cook, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens. Don't boil. Pour over chicken and beans.
