3 C. Mashed Sweet Potatoes (fresh or canned)
1 C. Sugar
Stick Butter (melted)
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 tsp. Salt
2 Eggs

Topping:

1 C. Brown Sugar
⅓ C. Flour
Stick Butter Melted
Chopped Pecans

Directions:
Directions:
1. Boil fresh potatoes until tender, drain off water and mash. (or bake and remove from skin and mash)
2. Add other ingredients and mix together.
3. Put in a glass baking dish.
4. Mix topping to make a crumble and put it on top.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 - 40 minutes.
