1 pkg long grain and wild rice
1 T butter
2 T chopped onion
2 T chopped celery
1/8 tsp Louisiana hot sauce
2 cups bread cubes, toasted
1 tsp salt
1 tsp grated orange rind
3 peeled oranges, sectioned and halved

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in skillet, add chopped onions and celery. Saute. Stir in hot sauce. Add cooked rice, bread cubes, salt and grated orange rind. Mix thoroughly. Add orange pieces to rice mixture and toss slightly.

For a richer stuffing, add 1/2 to 1 cup chopped cooked livers.
