Cubed Potatoes
Minced and seeded Serrano Chili(s)
1 tbsp. Sour Cream (heaping)
2 tsp. Butter.
Enough Milk to mash potatoes.
Minced Garlic (to taste)
Onion Powder, Salt & Pepper (to taste)
1 C. Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Boil potatoes until soft.
2. Use sour cream, butter and milk to make mashed potatoes. I like mine with the skin on & a bit chunky.
3. Put the mashed potatoes back into a deep pan on low heat.
4. Add garlic, onion powder, cheese and minced chiles, stir together.
5. Continue cooking about 15 minutes to make sure the flavors are well combined.

This will get spicier with reheating. You should eat leftovers within two days or they may be too spicy.
