1 1/2 -- 3 pounds beef stew meat
1 can beef consommé
1/2 cup Burgundy wine
1 medium onion -- sliced
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup bread crumbs
Salt & pepper

Combine all ingredients in a casserole dish and bake at 300º for 3-4 hours
