Ingredients:  
1 medium orange bell pepper (or any colour you wish)
1/2 medium red onion
1 medium cucumber
4 medium tomatoes
4 ears of corn or 1 1.2 cups frozen corn
1 1/2 cups black beans
1/2 cup finely chopped cilantro
2 avocados

Dressing
1/4 cup lime juice
2 tbs honey
1/2 tsp cumin
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbs canola oil
1/2 tsp sea salt

Directions:
Directions:
Dice bell pepper, onion, tomatoes, cucumber in small 1/4inch pieces
Add together in large bowl
Slice nibblets off ears of corn and add or add frozen corn to bowl
Drain and rinse black beans and add to mixture
Finely chop cilantro and add

Dressing
Finely chop garlic clove
Add all ingredients to it and mix well
Pour over Salsa mixture
Cover with plastic and chill until serving time
