8 roma tomatoes
1/4 bunch of cilantro
1/2 red onion,
1 to 2 tablespoons lime juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
sambal oelek to taste or 1/2 fresh jalapeno pepper

Directions:

Dice tomatoes
Chop cilantro
Dice onion fine
Place in mixing bowl
Add lime juice salt and Samba Oelek or jalapeņo (diced fine) and mix in
Cover with plastic and chill until serving time.
