1 Can (10 3.4 oz.) Cream of Mushroom Soup
⅓ C. Sour Cream
¼ tsp. Ground Black Pepper
1 Bag (16 oz.) frozen vegetable combination, thawed (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
1 can (2.8 oz.) French's French Fried Onions (1 1/3 C)
½ C. Shredded Swiss Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Stir soup, sour cream, pepper, vegetables, ⅔ C Onions & 1/4 C Cheese in a 2 qt. casserole.
2. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
3. Stir.
4. Sprinkle remaining onion & cheese over vegetable mixture.
5. Bake for an additional 5 minutes.
