1 lb. Can French green beans, drained
1 can white shoepeg corn, drained
⅓ cup chopped onion
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
½ cup diced Velveeta cheese or shredded cheddar cheese
1 (3 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced and drained

TOPPING:
3-6 tablespoons butter
1 package sliced almonds
1 package Ritz crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Combine casserole ingredients in a greased 9X13 ovensafe casserole dish.

For the topping, melt butter and add crumbled crackers and half of the almonds. Pour over casserole and sprinkle remaining almonds on top.
Bake covered at 350º for 40 to 45 minutes.
