1 C uncooked minute rice - Measure then cook
2 cans evaporated milk
C sugar
2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Bake at 350 for an hour. Stir.
3. Sprinkle with nutmeg, adding up to a cup of water if dry.
4. Bake 15 minutes more.
