cup water
cup milk
⅛ tsp. red pepper
1 (10 oz) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 (10 oz) pkg undiluted can cream of chicken soup
cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water to a boil in a large saucepan; add broccoli. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes or until broccoli is tender. Stir in soup and milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thoroughly heated. Stir in pepper. Pour into serving cups. Top 1 each cup of soup with a Tablespoon of Parmesan cheese. Yield: 1 quart.
