2 C flour
4 eggs
2 tsp cinnamon
2 C grated carrots
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
2 c chopped nuts
2 C sugar
1 C oil
Directions:
Directions:
1. Grease pan, line with waxed paper. (2 round pans)

2. Beat sugar and oil. Add dry ingredients alternating with eggs

3. Mix in carrots and 1 C nuts

4. Sprinkle 1 C nuts on cake

5. Bake at 350º 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
