Ingredients:  
1 can black beans
1 can black eyed peas
2 small cans shoepeg corn (any kind of corn will work)

1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
6 Roma tomatoes, chopped
1 tbsp. minced garlic
jalapeno pepper, chopped (as many as to your taste)

Small bottle of Zesty Italian dressing.

Tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse and drain the beans, peas, corn and add to bowl.
Add the onions, peppers, tomatoes and garlic to bowl. Pour over entire bottle of Zesty Italian dressing. Better if it sits overnight. Serve with tostitos for fritos.
