Turkey Dressing Recipe

1 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp sage
1 tsp melted oleo
1/4 cup onion
Giblets (pork sausage)

Saute onion and celery in oleo. Saute pork sausage and mix with broth from giblets and add to bread crumbs.

Increase each ingredient X one for each pound of turkey.

For 12-lb turkey:

12 cups bread
4 cups chopped celery
2 tsp salt
2 tsp sage
1 stick melted oleo
4 cups chopped onion
Turkey broth
Giblets-pork sausage
