1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 T oil
Salt & pepper to taste

Zucchini flowers picked fresh from garden

Directions:
Directions:
Mix egg, milk, baking powder, oil, salt, pepper and flour. Beat until batter is smooth with fork or whisk.

Pick flowers in morning. Wash flowers. Dip flowers in batter, covering completely. Drop in hot oil and fry until golden brown on both sides. Remove and drain well on paper towels. Serve hot.
