2 lb top round steak 1" thick
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 c cooking oil
4 c finely shredded cabbage
1/2 c chicken broth
1 garlic clove, crushed
1/4 c cold chicken stock
1 tsp corn starch

Directions:
Directions:
Cut steak into thin strips across the grain. Heat 2 tbsp oil in skillet. Quick fry meat. Keep hot. Combine cabbage and 1/2 c chicken stock. Bring to boil, turn down heat, cover and simmer 2 minutes. Drain liquid and save it. Add 2 tbsp oil to drippings in skillet. Add garlic, 1/4 c broth from cabbage, soy sauce and salt. Simmer 2 minutes. Combine 1/4 c cold chicken broth with cornstarch. Stir into hot mixture gradually and cook until slightly thickened.
Add meat to sauce, let heat for a minute.
Spoon over cabbage
Serve with rice
