1/2 c worcestershire sauce
1/2 c lemon juice
1/2 c soy sauce
4 - 5 cloves of garlic, crushed
40 peppercorns, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
In food processor, crush peppercorns until fine. Add garlic and crush. Add lemon, soy sauce and worcestershire and blend

Pour into ziploc with beef
Refrigerate for 48 hours

reduce marinade and add 1 pint sour cream
