2 - 10 oz cans chick peas and water
6 med cloves of garlic
1/2 c chopped parsley
1/2 c chopped green onion
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp olive oil
5 tsp soy sauce
2 shakes of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Microwave chick peas in the can's water on high for 10 minutes
Put garlic, parsley and green onion in food processor, buzz, use slotted spoon to add some chick peas to food processor, buzz, add more peas, buzz. When all the peas have been processed, add lemon juice, olive oil and soy sauce. Can add more liquid if too thick
