Antipasto Recipe

1st part
3 lb cauliflower
3 lb onions
2 lb cucumbers
2 lb red peppers
2 lb green peppers
1 c vinegar
1 c water
1/2 c oil

2nd part
3 cans green beans
2 cans black olives
5 cans mushrooms
2 large jars green onions
1 large can ketchup
6 tins tuna

Wash jars and rings, boil 10 minutes, heat lids in almost boiling water
Place 1st Part ingredients into canner, cook 10 minutes.
Add 2nd Part ingredients and heat through.
Put in jars and process 15 - 20 minutes
